   Many of our machines are bar fed, automatic loading or subspindle,
   giving us the capability to manufacture parts with a minimum amount
   of labor. Often we can produce a complete part untouched by human
   hands. Our Job Boss® Software Program efficiently tracks the progress
   of each job with minimum overhead costs. Engineering, accounting,
   machine scheduling, purchasing, inspection and shipping are fully
   informed at all times.

SUPPORT

We have daily shipping to our sister company, Surface Engineering in the Silicon Valley. Their specialties include: CNC ID and OD grinding, CNC EDM, CNC surface grinding, thread grinding, balancing and laser part marking.

QUALITY CONTROL

   At Surface Manufacturing we use SPC extensively throughout our
   facility. Many of our inspection machines are connected directly to
   computers to efficiently assure consistent, repeatable, high quality
   production. Manufacturing and inspection is done in a temperature
   controlled environment traceable to National Institute of Standards
   and Technology Manual MIL-1-45208A, ISO 9000 Compliant.
